Starving yourself is not the answer… weight loss does not mean not eating… it means eating right. Eat small health snacks and meals throughout the day. The best quick easy snacks are protein rich like peanut butter, greek yogurt, and cheese. The help increase metabolism and improve muscle building.

Do this anywhere, anytime. Push out your bellows and suck air through your nose until your lungs are full. They’ll fill with nitric oxide, a chemical found in the back of your nose that opens up blood vessels. The dose of oxygen will make you feel happier and more alert.

Out Smart the Label


Please read EVERYTHING. Marketing companies don’t care about our well being they care about our wallets. Just because something says healthy doesn’t mean it is. If a product has the Weight Watchers logo on it it DOES NOT mean that it is endorsed by WW. It means a company bought the rights to calculate points. They food is still jam packed with saturated fats and sodium. 

A supplement will not give you abs, a drink will not turn you into an athlete and an energy bar will not make you run faster… hard work will.
