Popcorn as a Super Food?
I have heard from a few people that popcorn is a super-food. I read an article that my lovely cousin sent me and thought I would talk about it.
Apparently popcorn’s low water content is to thank. It has such a high concentration of polyphenols. Which is an antioxidant. One serving of popcon contains 300mg of antioxidants where fruit is 160mg. Don’t be fooled into thinking that popcorn is healthier for you then fruit though! It is also a source of fibre.

Try having it this way
• extra-virgin olive oil
• flaxseed oil
• vinegar
• nutritional yeast flakes
• fresh minced herbs
• Parmesan cheese
• Italian seasoning
• cinnamon
• minced garlic
• chili powder
• honey
• maple syrup
